Congratulations Marsha. What a wonderful journey you’ve undertaken towards claiming your own health. This blog is full of comprehensible information that is inspiring and illuminating. I have been actively involved in the fitness, health, nutritional and beauty industries for decades and with that said…. I have already gleaned some tips from this page. I’ll be following you..(not literally…I’m not a stalker)
Again, great site and I’m inspired now to start swimming 🙏🏖️

Hi Marsha,
Great ideas. For the overnight oatmeal looks like you used Vanilla almond milk, as pictured. Just wondering if it matters if it is plain or vanilla. I cooked mine in the crock pot, but think I will try them in the refrig. Thanks for the ideas. Have a good weekend.

Hi,
Have you tried it with steal cut oatmeal?

I have not. I buy the old fashioned rolled oats. You should try it with the steel cut oatmeal if you prefer it. Let me know how it comes out. The beauty of recipes is that they can be be used as a guideline and you can use any ingredients you like or have handy in the house. The exception is baking recipes, which are more of an exact science.

Thank you, Marcy. I’ll get better with the details. You can use whatever milk suits your taste. It all works. I use the fridge method. That way I can either eat cold(or room temp) or warmed in the microwave. This week I needed them warm!

Hi Marsha,
Congratulations! I’m so happy you have started this! I loved reading all of it. I’m making that soup tomorrow! Marsha, you are a true inspiration and I am so blessed to know you! I’m going to miss our traditional LV dinner this year but looking forward to lunch together when I get home.
